Latin American and African Ambassadors Attend Busan Fam Tour

African and Latin American ambassadors in South Korea participate in a familiarization tour organized by Busan City on June 11.

Financial institutions in Busan City and African and Latin American ambassadors in South Korea had a meeting on June 11.

Busan City announced on June 12 that it hosted Busan Familiarization Tour on June 10 and 11 by inviting Latin American and African diplomats in South Korea.

Specifically, the city and the Busan Foundation for International Cooperation invited 23 persons from the diplomatic offices of the 15 countries consisting of six Latin American and nine African, including Honduras, Peru, Zambia and Tunisia. They visited the place in the city where the city is aiming to host World Fair 2030.

In addition, they looked around the Busan North Port and had a meeting with financial institutions in the city. The tour was planned so that mutual cooperation between the city and the two regions can become more practical and diverse.
